Mission and Vision
We are a family owned pediatric speech therapy clinic servicing Eglin AFB, Hurlburt Field, Mary Esther, Fort Walton Beach, Destin, Crestview, Niceville and Navarre areas. We provide speech and language services to children with developmental delays, expressive and receptive language delays, and articulation disorders. With over 23 years of experience, we are able to quickly recognize the strengths and weaknesses that may be affecting a child's speech and language skills. Our therapists are American Speech and Language Hearing Association (ASHA) members and licensed to practice in the state of Florida.
Our Therapist
Stanley Walker, MS, CCC-SLP
Stan is the founder and owner of Speech and Language Center, LLC. He is a certified speech and language pathologist who has been serving the Ft. Walton Beach area for over 23 years. He is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and was stationed at Hurlburt Field, where he first fell in love with the area. Stan received a Bachelor’s degree from Abilene Christian University in Texas and a Master’s degree in Communication Science and Disorders from the University of Montevallo in Alabama. He then returned to the Ft. Walton Beach area to begin his career.
